PAYLESS BEDS DELIVERY INFORMATION

We only use reputable courier companies to deliver our goods to you. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm. Weekend deliveries are only made if the couriers have not been able to fit the delivery in during the weekday. We aim to have your goods delivered within 2-6 working days of all funds clearing.

Delivery is free to most areas within Great Britain, however we do have the following exclusions in place:

We do not deliver any items to the following postcode locations:
KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, BT, TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, SP in addition to the following areas, we also don't deliver to:
any area north of Glasgow, the Grampians, Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man,Scottish Islands, Channel Islands Devon and Cornwall.

Deliveries to the following postcode areas IS NOT FREE, and will incur a £35 delivery charge:

DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, LL, SY, SA, LD, CF, NP, HR, CT, TN, BN, PO,SO, CO, IP, NR, BS, BA, SP, GL

After an order is placed with us and your goods are ready to be dispatched, we will contact you by phone to let you know when your goods will be getting delivered. If you are not able to accept a delivery, after confirming you are, then you might be charged for a failed delivery.

Our standard delivery service delivers goods to the ground floor of your address. This can be upgraded to a room of your choice for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to your delivery for more details.

Next Day Delivery

We have many items in our shop which are marked next working day delivery. Next working day delivery orders must be received by us before 11am Monday to Friday.

Damage in Transit

All goods delivered must be carefully inspected upon delivery. In the rear event of goods being damaged in transit, please clearly sign the delivery sheet to say goods are damaged. You will not be able to claim for damaged goods if you have not indicated this on the delivery sheet. It will then be at our discretion whether or not we replace or provide a refund.
